Minutes of May 15th 2026 Bid Opening Meeting
The Bid Opening Meeting was convened at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 15 th 2026 by
Chairman Jay Churco. Notice of the meeting had been published in the County paper
two times. In attendance, in addition to the Chairman, were Supervisor Adam Watson,
Supervisor Jason Musiedlak, representatives of Fahrner Asphalt, Gasser Construction,
and Scott Construction.
Bids were opened and reviewed and projects were selected. Adam Watson moved to
accept the low bid from Fahrner Asphalt for projects 1-3 and 7-9 in the amount of
$135,134 and Gasser Construction for projects 11-17 in the amount of $13,755.00.
Jason seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote.
Glen Ave. was discussed and it was agreed to have the surface milled and graded for
this year and see what further was needed after a year of traffic.
The meeting was declared adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
