a. Consider and act upon the request of John and Nancy Konkel for approval of a
Special Exception to the Adams County Zoning Ordinance to allow for building a
storage shed on a vacant parcel. The parcel is Lot 27, Lake Mason Wonderland
in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 25, New Haven. In order for this to move
forward at the County level, the Town Board must place a Conditional Use
requirement resulting in a Deed Restriction being place on parcel 27 requiring
the parcel to be sold only with the other lot that Konkel’s own where their house
is located.
b. Approve maintenance and repairs to the Town Hall
c. Prioritize a road that would benefit from LRIP reimbursement during this LRIP
cycle and approve the application for same.
9. Reports of Board members, Committees, and Road Superintendent
10. Approve payment of vouchers presented to the Clerk
11. Future Agenda Items
12. Set time and date for next regular meeting
13. Adjournment
