NOTICE
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The Regular Monthly meeting of the New Haven Town Board will convene at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, June 19,2024 at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct. Wisconsin Dells
AGENDA
The first thing will be to convene the Adjourned Board of Review and since the assessment
roll is not yet completed, adjourn to the next month. This will be repeated each month until
such time as the Revaluation is completed. Following that, the regular meeting will be held
1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Confirm compliance with State Open Meetings Law
4. Minutes of previous meeting
5. Treasurer’s Report
6. Statement by Chairperson inviting pertinent and appropriate comments on the
various agenda items during the meeting, at the Chair’s discretion
7. Old Business
a. Rescind Resolution 25-1, a Resolution proposing to discontinue that portion of
First Lane lying north of Grouse Court to its terminus at Mason Lake. The DNR
has refused to allow this matter to proceed.
8. New Business
1. Consider and possibly act upon the request of Michael Madden to discontinue
the right of way passing through his property
2. Discuss proposed road work projects in preparation for the Bid opening meeting
to be held at 2:30 p.m. on the 23rd of June at the Town Hall
3. Approve licenses for 2025 as follows;
Class A Beer, Camp Lake Mason, Wagon Wheel Campground
Class B Beer, Wagon Wheel Campground
Class B Combination Beer and Intoxicating Liquor, The Cove Supper Club and
Club 23
Class C (Wine Only) , Camp Lake Mason
Tobacco and Electronic Vaping Devices, Wagon Wheel Campground
Operator’s Licenses, Nadine Rubio, Henry Bissett, Debra Bissett, Kristin Fisher,
Roganne Rosen, Melissa Winter, Stephanie Fisher, Lori Dreyer, Nikki Ripp, Tanya
Clausen
9, Reports of Board Members, Committees, and Road Superintendent
10. Approve payment of invoices presented to the Clerk
11. Future Agenda Items
12. Set time and date for next regular meeting
13. Adjournment
