Minutes of November 20, 2025 Budget Hearing and Special Town Meeting
Chairman Jay Churco convened the budget hearing at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Madden, Matt Hernandez, Bill Ebert, Adam Watson, Jason
Musiedlak, Jay Churco, and Ken Crothers.
Notice of the Hearing, Budget Summary, and Special Town meeting had been published
in the County paper and appeared in the 11/12/2025 edition. Additionally it had been
posted at the Transfer Site and Town Hall and on the Town web site.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk presented the detailed budget.
There were no questions. Later, during the regular board meeting a question arose
regarding the expected revenue from Shared Revenue. The 2025 Budgeted amount
was $56,734 and the Year to Date is only $5,510. Budgeted amount for 2026 is
$56,734. It was explained that the Shared Revenue is paid at two different times and
since preparation of the budget the remainder had been received.
Chairman Churco adjourned the Budget Hearing at 7:06 p.m.
At 7:06 p.m. the Special Town Meeting was called to order. Jason Musiedlak moved for
the adoption of the Levy for 2026 to be set at $202,600.00. Adam Watson seconded the
motion which passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.

Minutes of November 2025 Town Board Meeting
The November meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:08 p.m.
following the Budget Hearing and Special Town Meeting. Notice of the meeting had
been posted at Club 23, Public Boat Landing on the South Side of Lake Mason, Town
Hall, and Transfer Site. Additionally it was posted on the Town web site and emailed to
all on record as having requested such form of notification.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion by Supervisor Jason
Musiedlak, second by Supervisor Adam Watson and carried by unanimous voice vote.
Adam moved to adopt the 2026 budget as presented at the Budget Hearing. Jason
seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote.
Vouchers presented to the Clerk were approved for payment with a motion by Jason,
second by Adam and carried with a unanimous voice vote.
Future agenda items shall include the annual audit of the Clerk’s Finance Book,
appointment of poll workers for the 2026-2027 term of office, and the feasibility of
moving the winter board meetings ahead by an hour.
The next regular meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18 th , 2025.
Adam moved for adjournment, Jason seconded the motion, and Chairman Jay Churco
declared the meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
