Minutes of December 2024 Town Board Meeting
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The December meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by
Chairman Tory Wolfram. Supervisor Jason Musiedlak was present remotely by phone.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that proper notice had been given
for the meeting by posting, placing the notice on the Town web site, and electronic
notification to those requesting such form o notification.
Minutes of the Town Budget Hearing, Special Town Meeting to adopt the tax levy, and
November board meeting were read and approved with a motion by Jason, second by Tory.
Motion carried.
Treasurer Conny Crothers presented the monthly financial report which was approved for
filing with a motion by Jason, second by Tory. Motion carried.
The annual audit of the Clerks Finance Book was conducted by the Chairman and County
Board Supervisor Jay Churco.
No progress has been made regarding the vacation of the easement on the south side of
Lake Mason. Attorney Miller is preparing the necessary paperwork and action will come at
a later date.
Road Superintendent Bill Ebert said he no longer wishes to serve in that capacity. Jason
Musiedlak stated that he was willing to fulfill the duties that Bill had been performing and it
was agreed that that would work.
Invoices presented to the Clerk were approved for payment with a motion by Jason, second
by Tory. Motion carried.
Future agenda items shall include appointment of the Road Superintendent and progress
on the easement vacation.
The next regular meeting will be held on January 16th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
Jason moved for adjournment, seconded by Tory, and the meeting was declared adjourned
at 7:15 p.m.
