Town of New Haven, Adams County, WI
Minutes of March, 2025 Town Board Meeting
The March meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the
Town Hall by Chairman Tory Wolfram. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk
noted that proper notice of the meeting had been given.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with a motion by Supervisor Jason
Musiedlak, second by Tory, motion carried.
Treasurer Conny Crothers presented the treasurer’s report, noting that this day the Town
had received a check from the County to correct the error in the previous settlement.
Jason moved and Tory seconded to approve the report, motion carried.
There was no old business to transact, however, Tory noted that the paperwork to vacate
the easement on the south side of Lake Mason was being completed by the Town Attorney
and may be ready for the next meeting.
Traffic using Google Maps is being directed through Tom Evans property to go from 2nd Ct. to
Gale Ct. This is just his field lane and has never been a Town Road. Signs have arrived
today indicating this fact in the hope that the situation will thus be resolved.
The Clerk noted that the Spring Election will be on April 1st. Town Officers have five days to
sign the Oath of Office. The current Board will conduct the Annual Meeting on April 15th and
the new Board will be in place for the April 17th regular Board meeting.
County Supervisor Jay Churco reported that the improvement of the County Courthouse is
moving forward. This will make the County Offices much more accessible.
The New Haven Helping Hands 4-H club will hold their community soup lunch on March
23rd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
Invoices which had been received by the Clerk were approved for payment with a motion by
Jason, second by Tory, motion carried.
Future Agenda items shall include setting the date and time of the road inspection.
The next regular Board meeting will be on April 17th at 7:00 p.m.
Jason moved and Tory seconded for adjournment and the meeting was declared adjourned
at 7:25 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Ken Crothers, Town Clerk
