Minutes of April 2025 Town Board Meeting
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The April 2025 Town Board Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April
17 th by Town Chairman Jay Churco.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the clerk noted that proper notice of the
meeting had been given.
Minutes were read and approved with a motion by Supervisor Jason Musiedlak, second
by Supervisor Adam Watson. Motion carried.
Treasurer Conny Crothers presented the monthly financial report. Adam moved with a
second by Jason to approve the report as presented. Motion carried.
Resolution 25-1, a Resolution proposing to discontinue that portion of First Lane lying
north of Grouse Court to its terminus at Mason Lake, was considered. Adam moved for
the adoption of the Resolution, seconded by Jason. Motion carried.
The Supervisors of the Town will meet at the Town Hall at 3:00 p.m. on the 24 th of April
for inspecting roads and prioritizing repairs needed in 2025.
Jason reported that the culvert on Golden Drive had been replaced. Adam questioned
whether a camera was needed at the Transfer Site to deter the thefts that had occurred
there. Jason offered to put a trail camera at that location. Adam also noted that the
road sign marking the intersection of Golden Avenue and 5 th Avenue was missing. Jay
reported that Crack Filling was likely to occur in May.
Invoices presented to the Clerk for the month were approved for payment with a motion
by Jason, second by Adam. Motion carried.
Future agenda items will include an estimate of how much road money is available to be
spent for the year, road mowing options, and spraying of roadsides.
The next regular meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 15 th of May.
Jason moved for adjournment, second by Adam, and the meeting was declared
adjourned at 7:18. P.m.
