Notice is hereby given that the April monthly meeting of the New Haven Plan Commission shall convene at 6:30 p.m. on Monday the 13th of April 2026 at the New Haven Town Hall, 330 Golden Court, Wisconsin Dells, WI.

5. New Business: Request by Logan DeBoer of Grothman and Associates to rezone a portion of the Andrew and
Tammy Vernon property at 154 Gillette Ave, Oxford, WI from B-1 to R-1 LL Leaving the majority of the parcel at it’s
current zoning of A-3.
6. New Business: Request by Phillip Wright to rezone the property at 520A Gillette Ave, Wisconsin Dells from R-2 to R-1 LL for the purpose of creating an additional building lot.

Summary Notice of Open Book and Board of Review
Open Book for the Town of New Haven will be held at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct., Wisconsin Dells, WI between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 6, 2026 for interested persons to view the assessment roll. No appointment is necessary and the Assessor or his appointee will be present during this time.
Board of Review will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the same location on Wednesday, May 13, 2026
This is a summary notice of times and dates and the full legal notice will be published in the Adams County Times Reporter and posted at the Town Hall

Proposed revisions to Adams County Zoning Ordinance, 2nd draft:
Please find attached 2 documents. One is the entire 2nd draft of the proposed revision. The second document is the main 7 pages of changes.
For the most part, most of the remedial changes throughout the ordinance didn't cause many any concerns. The main 7 pages deal with camping, shipping containers, junk/unlicensed vehicles, and accessory structures. These are the 7 pages that I am mainly looking for input from the Towns on.
After receiving the responses from the Towns (and quite the variety of responses), this is my attempt at addressing as many of the concerns as possible.
If possible, I would appreciate responses from the Towns by the end of March.
