New Haven Plan Commission Info
The New Haven Plan Commission was created in 2005 and has 5 members, who are appointed by the Town Board. Plan Commission members serve 3 year terms which are staggered.
Plan Commission reviews land-use and zoning matters, and provides a recommendation to the Town Board. Meetings are as-needed, regular time is 2nd Monday of month at 6:30 pm.
The Plan Commission is also responsible for developing and maintaining a Comprehensive Plan, which must be updated every 10 years. The New Haven Comprehensive Plan was first approved in 2005, and was updated in 2011 and 2021.
