Annual Meeting 4-16-19
MINUTES OF 2019 ANNUAL MEETING
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The 163rd Annual Meeting of the Electors of the Town of New Haven was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 by Town Chairman Tory Wolfram.
In attendance in addition to the Chairman were Supervisor Bill Ebert, Supervisor Adam Watson, Town Treasurer Conny Crothers, Clerk Kenneth Crothers, Mary Ebert, Pete Joslin, Rian Hammerly, Curt VanSchoyck, Robert Donner, Tom Storandt, Shirley Storandt, Cheryl Coon, and Ed Coon.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk read the minutes of the previous Annual Meeting. It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes as read. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
The Financial Report was presented showing 2018 expenditures and receipts and reconciliation of the tax roll. It was moved and seconded to approve the Financial Report as presented. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
Chairman Wolfram asked for any business to be brought to the floor as authorized by Statute, but no items were brought forth.
It was announced that the Town Cleanup Day will be held on May 4th, that Open Book will be held on May 8th, and that Board of Review will be held on May 22nd.
The date and time for the next Annual Meeting was set for April 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
It was moved and seconded to adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote, and the meeting was declared adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
