 The Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting for October, 2015 will be held at the Town Hall, 330
Golden Ct., on Thursday, October 15th at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
1. Call to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Statement of Compliance with Open Meeting Law
4. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of previous meeting minutes.
5. Treasurers Report, questions and approval.
6. Statement by Town Chairman that appropriate Citizen Input and questions may be allowed on
agenda items at the sole discretion of the Chairman.
7. Old Business:
a) Hearing on Ordinance establishing ATV Routes on certain roads in the Town;
b) Adoption of Ordinance establishing ATV Routes;
c) Hearing on corrected weight limit ordinance for 3rd Lane;
d) Adoption of corrected weight limit ordinance.
8. New Business:
a) Approve contract with Kilbourn Fire Department;
b) Approve Class “B” Combination License for VanSchoycks Cove, Inc.;
9. Reports of Committees, Road Superintendent, and Board members.
10. Presentation, approval, and payment of bills.
11. Set date for future meeting.
12. Adjournment.
