The October meeting of the New Haven Town Board shall convene at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday,
October 15th, 2020 at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct., Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965.

A. Call to Order
B. Pledge of Allegiance
C. Statement of Compliance with State Open Meeting Law
D. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
E. Presentation, questions, and approval of Treasurer’s Report
F. Statement by Meeting Chairman inviting pertinent and appropriate citizen participation
during the meeting, at the discretion of the Chairman
G. Old Business
1. Hearing on proposed amendment to ATV/UTV Ordinance which would add 5th Drive
from Golden Ave. north to Co.P
2. Consider adoption of Ordinance #10-2020 amending Ordinance #10-2015-2 to
include the above mentioned addition to the list of routes
3. Consider and act upon Resolution #10-2020 requesting the County Highway
Committee and County Board approve Co. P from 5th Ave west to the Town line as
an ATV/UTV Route
H. New Business
1.. Approve contracts with the Kilbourn Fire Department and Dells-Delton Emergency
Medical Services Commission
2. Consider and possibly act upon the failing culvert at the intersection of 1st Drive and
State Road 23
3. Discuss items for inclusion with the tax letter
