NOTICE
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual Budget Hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th of
November at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Court, Wisconsin Dells, WI.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at the conclusion of the Budget Hearing a SPECIAL TOWN
MEETING will convene for the sole purpose of adopting the Town Tax Levy in the amount of
$154,306. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that immediately following the Special Town Meeting,
the regular monthly meeting will convene.
AGENDA FOR REGULAR MEETING
A. Call to Order
B. Statement of compliance with State Open Meeting Law
C. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of minutes of previous meeting
D. Presentation, questions, and approval of the Treasurer’s report
E. Statement by meeting Chairman inviting pertinent citizen questions and comments
during the meeting, at the discretion of the Chairman
F. Old Business—none pending
G. New Business
1. Consider and act upon the request of Glenn A. Myers, 135 Golden Drive, Briggsville,
for a Variance to allow for construction of a garage with reduced setback from the
road. Proposed garage will be in line with several other garages in the vicinity.
H. Reports of Board members and committees
I. Presentation, approval, and payment of bills as presented to the Clerk
J. Future agenda items
K. Set time and date of next regular meeting
