NOTICE
Town of New Haven, Adams County Wisconsin
As previously posted and published, a HEARING ON THE PROPOSED 2016 BUDGET for the Town of New
Haven will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct. on Thursday, November 19, 2015.
Immediately following the hearing, as previously posted and published, a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING of
the electors of the Town will be held for the purpose of Adopting the Town Levy and Approving Highway
expenditures for 2016.
Following the Budget Hearing and Special Town Meeting, the Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting will
commence.
AGENDA
1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance (will likely have been recited at Special Town Meeting)
3. Statement of Compliance with Open Meeting Law
4. Reading of, corrections to, and and approval of previous meeting minutes.
5. Treasurers Report, questions and approval.
6. Statement by Town Chairman that appropriate Citizen input and questions may be allowed
during the meeting.
7. Old Business
1) Myron Byers wishes to discuss Ordinance 10-2015-2 which was passed at the previous
meeting.
8. New Business
1. Adopt the 2016 Town Budget.
2. Approve Operators License for Malachi Smalley
9. Reports of Committees, Road Superintendent, and Board members.
10. Presentation, approval, and payment of bills.
11. Set date for future meeting.
12. Adjournment.
