NOTICE
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
At 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the New Haven Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct.,
Wisconsin Dells a PUBLC HEARING will be held to gather input regarding amending the
ATV/UTV Ordinance to include Gulch Avenue from the Dell Prairie Town Line east to 4th Drive
and 4th Drive from Gulch Ave. north to State Road 23. The proposed amendment is on the
meeting which immediately follows the hearing.
NOTICE is further given that the regular meeting of the New Haven Town Board will convene
immediately following the Public Hearing.

2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Statement of Compliance with State Open Meeting Law
4. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
5. Presentation, questions and approval of the Treasurer’s Report
6. Statement by meeting Chairman inviting pertinent citizen questions and comments
during the meeting, at the discretion of the chairman
7. Old Business—None pending
8. New Business
a. Consider the adoption of Ordinance #03-2023 amending Ordinance #10-2015-2
(ATV/UTV Routes) which adds Gulch Ave and 4th Drive to the list of approved routes.
b. Consider taking action to add the remaining roads under the jurisdiction of the Town
to the list of approved ATV/UTV routes
c. Reduce the number of poll workers to five per shift for the April election
9. Reports of Board members and committees
10. Presentation, approval, and payment of invoices presented to the Clerk
11. Future Agenda items
12. Set time and date for next meeting
13. Adjournment
