The Regular Town Board meeting for May, 2015 will be held at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct., on
Thursday, May 21, at 7:00 p.m.

1. Request by MCSENG, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit as provided in 5-3.03(A)19 of the Adams
County Zoning Ordinance to allow Soil Borrow excavation (non-metallic mining) for construction at
Wisconsin Power and Light Company’s Columbia Energy Center. Property is described in application
as being SE,NE ¼, SW ¼, Sec. 23, T14N, R7E.
2. Request of MCSENG, LLC to rezone from A1-35 to A1-15 a 2.69 acre parcel from Parcel 22-408 and
23.24 acres from Parcel 22-412. Proposed use is Nonmetallic mining and property description from
the application is SE, NE1/4, SW1/4, Sec. 23, T14N, R7E.
3. Approve an Operators License for Signa Schaitel.
4. Discuss road repairs and maintenance for 2015.
5. Reports of Committees and Board Members if any.
6. Concerns for discussion at future meetings
7. Presentation, approval, and payment of bills
8. Set date for future meeting
9. Adjournment
