Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
A hearing for the purpose of hearing comments on the potential adoption of the new ATV/UTV
Ordinance will convene at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at the Town Hall, 330 Golden
Ct., Wisconsin Dells, WI. Once all comments have been received the regular monthly meeting
of the Town Board will convene.

b. Adopt Ordinance #07-2023, ATV/UTV Ordinance
c. Consider and act upon approval of the Agreement between the ATV/UTV Club and
the Town
d. Consider and possibly act upon purchasing an AED device for the Town Hall
e. Transfer Site dumpster options
f. Consider and act upon the open records request of Vince Espi for a publication
called “The Sconi”to waive all fees associated with fulfilling his request for all
absentee ballot applications and photo ID’s for all elections in New Haven from 2018
to today.
