The Regular Town Board meeting for August, 2015 will be held at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct., on
Thursday, August 20, at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
1. Call to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Statement of Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
4. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of previous meeting minutes.
5. Treasurers Report, questions, and approval.
6. Statement by Town Chairman that appropriate Citizen Input and questions may be allowed on
agenda items at the sole discretion of the meeting chairman.
7. Old Business
a) Discuss and act upon agreement with Alliant Energy concerning the Clay Mine.
8. New Business
a) Discuss and decide upon more stringent weight restrictions for 3rd Lane.
b) Act upon Ordinance allowing Provisional Operator Licenses.
c) Berry Ridge driveway culvert problems.
9. Reports of Committees, Road Superintendent, and Board Members.
10. Presentation, approval, and payment of bills.
11. Set date for future meeting.
12. Adjournment.
