NOTICE
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The Regular Town Board Meeting for September, 2015 will be held at the Town Hall, 330
Golden Ct., on Thursday, September 17, at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
1. Call to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Statement of Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
4. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of previous meeting minutes.
5. Treasurers Report, questions, and approval.
6. Statement by Town Chairman that appropriate Citizen Input and questions may be allowed on
agenda items at the sole discretion of the Chairman.
7. Old Business:
a) Remove from table for consideration the agreement with WPL;
b) Act upon agreement with WPL;
c) Consider and act upon request to designate certain roads in the Town as ATV routes;
d) Consider and act upon revision to the weight limit ordinance.
8. New Business:
a) Act upon request of Jean Rockweiller to rezone her property out of Wetland Conservancy
District and into a Recreational Residential District to allow improvements and sale;
b) Issue Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor Combination license for the
premises known as The Cove;
c) Approve Operators Licenses;
d) Consider and act upon purchasing Salt and Salt Sand for the upcoming season.
9. Reports of Committees, Road Superintendent, and Board Members.
10. Presentation, approval, and payment of Bills.
11. Set date for future meeting.
12. Adjournment.
