The September meeting of the New Haven Town Board shall convene at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday,
September 17th, 2020 at the Town Hall, 330 Golden Ct., Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965

B. Pledge of Allegiance
C. Statement of Compliance with State Open Meeting Law
D. Reading of, corrections to, and approval of minutes of previous meeting
E. Presentation, questions, and approval of Treasurer’s Report
F. Statement by Meeting Chairman inviting pertinent and appropriate citizen participation
during the meeting, at the discretion of the Chairman
G. Old Business
1. Petitioning County for Bridge Aid for 1st Lane Culvert replacement
2. Progress of culvert work and wedging over recent and previous repairs
H. New Business
1. Consider and act upon the request of Mike Breitung for approval of a Variance to
allow construction of a deck closer to the water and larger than allowed by County
Ordinance on property at 167 Golden Drive
2. Consider and act upon the request by Aaron Girard to rezone 7 acres of a 48 acre
parcel on Gale Ct. from A1-35 to A-3 for the purpose of constructing a home and
garage/shed
3. Consider and act upon the request of Jason Lindner to divide 5 acres from a 35 Acre
A1-35 parcel at 274 Glen Ct. and rezone the new parcel to A-3, and to rezone the
balance of the parcel to A1-15, and further, to combine a 12 acre A1-15 Ag parcel with
an adjacent 39.55 acre A1-35 parcel
4. Consider and act upon the request of Rocky Gilner to add 5th Ave from Golden Ave.
north to County P and County P from 5 th Ave west to the County line to the list of
approved ATV/UTV routes in New Haven
