Minutes of January, 2019 Meeting of the New Haven Town Board
The regular monthly meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order by Chairman
Tory Wolfram on January 17, 2019 at the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that proper notice of the meeting had
been posted in three places and transmitted electronically to those requesting same.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with a motion by Supervisor Adam
Watson and second by Supervisor Bill Ebert.
Treasurer Conny Crothers presented the monthly financial report which was then approved
with a motion by Adam and second by Bill.
A proposal by Top it or Drop it, a tree cutting service, was discussed. It was agreed to decide at
the next meeting as to how to proceed.
Bill moved and Adam seconded to approve the blanket maintenance permit for Adams-
Columbia Electric Coop to perform work within rights of way in the Town. Motion carried.
Bills for the month were presented by the Clerk and approved for payment with a motion from
Bill and second from Adam.
Agenda items for the next meeting will include highway work for the 2019 year, and a decision
on tree cutting in rights of way.
The next regular meeting will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
Bill moved and Adam seconded to adjourn. Motion carried and the Chairman declared the
meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
