Minutes of January 18,2024 Town Board Meeting
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The regular monthly meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at
the Town Hall by Town Chairman Tory Wolfram
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that proper notice of the meeting had
been given.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with a motion by Supervisor Adam
Watson, second by Supervisor Jason Musiedlak. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Conny Crothers and approved for filing with
a motion by Jason and second by Adam. Motion carried.
Progress on the brushing being done by Adams County was discussed. The snow storms and
cold weather have delayed the work but it will continue as conditions allow.
Adam moved and Jason seconded to approve the 2024 blanket permit for maintenance and
other work needed to be done by Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative. Motion carried.
It is New Haven’s turn to host the meeting of the Adams County Unit of the Towns Association
at the Adams Town Hall on January 24 th . The cost of providing food will be reimbursed by
Delmore Consulting who will be the featured speaker at the meeting.
The Clerk noted that all poll workers had been enrolled in “electED” which is the successor to
the WisVote Learning Center. This is the easiest way to train poll workers as required by law
and is provided at no cost by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
Adam moved and Jason seconded to approve payment of all bills as presented to the Clerk,
motion carried.
Future Agenda items shall include an update on the progress of brushing.
The next regular meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on February 15 th at the town hall.
Jason moved and Adam seconded for adjournment and the Chairman declared the meeting
adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
