TB minutes 12-16-13 special
MINUTES OF A SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
TOWN OF NEW HAVEN, ADAMS CO., WI
MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2013-6:00 P.M
The Special Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mike Julson at 6:00 p.m. This meeting was properly noticed. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor I and the Town Clerk were not in attendance. There were two items on the agenda 1) request by Rand Atkinson for a special exception permit from the Adams County Shoreland Protection Ordinance to conduct an aquaculture/fish hatchery & on-site sales at 4002 Third Ave. 2) application by Rand Atkinson to bore under a town road for a 4” diameter plastic discharge pipe to flow into Big Spring Creek. After public discussion and comment by the applicant, Chairperson Julson called for a roll-call vote on both agenda items at the same time: Supervisor II Lenny Watson voting-aye and Chairperson Julson voting-naye, ending in a tie vote. The meeting was immediately adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
(note: the town clerk faxed the special exception application and township participation form to the Adams County Planning & Zoning office on Tuesday, December 17, 2013.)
