Minutes of December 20, 2018 New Haven Town Board Meeting
The regular monthly meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20th at the Town Hall by Chairman Tory Wolfram.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that notice of the meeting had been posted in 3 places and sent electronically to those who had requested that method of notification.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved by a motion from Supervisor Bill Ebert and a second by Supervisor Adam Watson.
The Treasurer’s report was presented and approved by a motion from Adam and second from Bill.
Brushing was discussed and it was noted that 1st and 3rd would receive a lot of tree work. It was also noted the mowing of the roadsides had been completed.
Bill moved and Tory seconded to appoint Lenny Watson as Road Superintendent for the coming year. Adam abstained from the vote and the motion carried.
Bill noted that the sign for the transfer site was nearly completed.
Adam moved and Bill seconded to approve all bills as presented. Motion carried.
Adam requested a driveway permit application for the Klicko property on 5th and will be the contact person for that permit.
The Agenda for the next meeting shall include brushing and tree work on town roads.
The next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, January 17th at 7:00 p.m.
Bill and Adam moved for adjournment and the chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
