Minutes of February 15, 2018 Board Meeting The February 2018 meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday the 15th at the Town Hall by Chairman Tory Wolfram. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that notice of the meeting had been posted at Club 23, the public boat landing on the south side of Mason Lake, and at the Town Hall, as well as having been transmitted electronically to those on record as wishing this form of notice. Minutes of the January meeting were read and approved on a motion from Supervisor Bill Ebert and second by Supervisor Adam Watson. Conny Crothers presented the treasurers report which was approved on a motion by Adam and second by Bill. The Chairman invited those in attendance to make pertinent comments and ask appropriate questions as the meeting progressed. Adam moved and Bill seconded to approve the request of Adams Columbia Electric Cooperative for a blanket permit to perform maintenance on their infrastructure without the necessity of individual permits each time work needed to be done in 2018. Motion carried. Tory has met with Eric Edwards of the ATV/UTV Club regarding new route approvals and until signage of existing routes is approved by the County Highway Department no further action will be taken. The Clerk presented the bills for the month which were approved for payment on a motion by Adam and second by Bill. The next meeting will be on March 15 at 7:00 p.m. and the only agenda item known at this time is the Hearing for Discontinuance of the short remaining portion on Glen Ave. east from 5th Dr. which is left over from the reconstruction of County P.
