Minutes of February 16, 2017 Town Board Meeting
The February meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on February 16th, 2017 by Chairman Tory Wolfram.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that notice of the meeting had been posted in three places and transmitted electronically to those on record as having requested same.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion by Supervisor Bill Ebert and second by Supervisor Adam Watson. Motion Carried.
Treasurer Conny Crothers presented the Treasurer’s Report which was approved by a motion from Adam and second from Bill.
Tory reported that the forms and submission of documents requested by FEMA had been completed and that we should be reimbursed for a portion of the costs resulting from storms which occurred last September.
Brushing and tree trimming/removal was discussed and Bill will meet with Eric Gregerson and decide which roads are a priority.
Doug Thome appeared before the Board requesting a zoning change for a small portion of his property. Adam moved and Bill seconded for the Town to grant approval of his request. Motion carried.
Jason Musiedlak asked the Board to consider adding roads to the list of approved ATV/UTV routes to allow access to the North side of Lake Mason from Golden Ave. and Glen Lane. Bill moved and Adam seconded a motion to have an amendment to the existing ordinance prepared for approval at the next meeting. Motion Carried.
Bill moved and Adam seconded to approve continued employment of Delmore Consulting services for the year. Motion carried.
Bills were presented for approved for payment on a motion by Adam and a second by Bill. Motion Carried.
Items for discussion at the next meeting include the ATV Ordinance amendment, Clean Up day set for May 6th, Board of Review Training, and bids for mowing of roadsides.
The next meeting will be on March 16th, at 7:00 p.m.
Adam moved and Bill seconded to adjourn and the meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
