Minutes of February 17, 2022 Town Board Meeting
The monthly meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the
Town Hall by Supervisor Adam Watson.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that proper notice of the meeting had
been posted and sent electronically to those on record as wishing that form of notification.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and Supervisor Ebert moved to approve them as
presented. Supervisor Watson seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
Adam presented the monthly financial report which was approved with a motion by Bill, second
by Adam and which carried unanimously.
Parker Lindner was in attendance requesting formal approval from the Town to divide and
rezone part of the NW1/4 and SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 35. The Town Plan Commission
had met, considered, and given unanimous approval of his request. Following a short discussion
Supervisor Ebert moved to approve the request. Supervisor Watson seconded the motion
which passed with a unanimous voice vote.
Due to the passing of Robert Donner, the Town Plan Commission is in need of an additional
alternate member. Bill moved and Adam seconded to appoint Parker Lindner to that position.
Motion carried.
Bill reported that damage is occurring on 5th Drive due to loaded trucks using the road. He will
proceed to have weight limit signs which are missing be re-installed on that and other roads
where the signs are missing.
The next regular meeting shall be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
It was moved and seconded to adjourn and the meeting was declared adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
