Minutes of April 18, 2023 Annual Meeting
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The 167 th Annual Meeting of the Town of New Haven was called to order at the Town Hall at
7:00 p.m. on Tuesday the 18 th of April, 2023 by Chairman Tory Wolfram.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited followed by the reading of the minutes of the previous
Annual meeting. Jason Musiedlak moved to approve the minutes as read and Cheryl Coon
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The Clerk presented the Annual Financial Report. There were no questions or comments and
Jason Musiedlak moved to approve the report as presented. Matt Hernandez seconded the
motion which then carried.
Matt questioned the Town Board as to how he should proceed to handle yard waste being
brought in to the Transfer Site. Chairman Wolfram will discuss this with the individual to
resolve the issue.
The Clerk noted that Open Book will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday May 8 th and
Board of Review is scheduled for Thursday, May 18 th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The next Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
Jason Musiedlak moved for adjournment, Matt Hernandez second, and the Chairman declared
the meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.

Minutes of April 18, 2024 Town Board Meeting
The April meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Town
Chairman Tory Wolfram. In attendance, in addition to the Town Board, were Cheryl Coon,
Jay Churco, Leslie Simdon, Robert and Barbara Sand, Ed Czerkas Sr., and Bill Ebert.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with a motion by Supervisor
Adam Watson and second by Supervisor Jason Musiedlak. Treasurer Conny Crothers
presented the monthly financial report which was approved for filing with a motion by
Jason, seconded by Adam.
It was moved by Jason and seconded by Adam to re-appoint Tom Morse, Pete Joslin, and
Jane Gaffney to the Town Plan Commission for a three year term. Motion carried.
Road maintenance and reconstruction options were discussed with the consensus being
that Gale Ave and Fourth Drive were most in need of attention. Tory will meet with Jeff
Delmore to view and discuss the roads and then have figures ready for next month’s
meeting. Bill Ebert will begin patching as the weather allows. The signs he requested at the
last meeting have arrived and he will be putting those up as well.
Supervisor Jay Churco reported that the County Board had held its re-organization meeting
and committee appointments will be made at the next meeting. He also said that the
rezone request of Brandon Dillinger from last month had been approved at the County
level. The Clerk noted that Open Book will be held on May 2nd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and
Board of Review will be on May 16th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Future agenda items shall include a discussion of upcoming road projects.
The next meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday May 16th, prior to Board of Review.
