Minutes of May 16, 2018 Town Board Meeting
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
The May, 2018 meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Tory Wolfram. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified by the Clerk.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion by Supervisor Adam Watson and second by Supervisor Bill Ebert.
The Treasurer’s report was presented and approved on a motion by Adam and second from Bill.
The Chairman invited those in attendance to ask questions and make comments as appropriate during the meeting.
Mowing of roadsides was discussed and it was determined to take bids on the project. The Clerk is to prepare and publish a bid notice.
Jeff Delmore is working on preparing a bid notice for road work for the year and Herrlings Crack Filling service will be filling cracks.
Dale Reichhoff reported that the work done on 4th south of 23 was not holding up as planned and will contact the contractor to see what can be done to remedy the situation.
The Clerk noted that Board of Review will be at 7:00 p.m. on the 6th of June and suggested a Special Board Meeting could be held at 6:45 to open Road Mowing Bids and award the contract.
A new roof for the Town Hall was discussed and needs to be done this year.
The Clerk presented the bills for the month and all were approved for payment on a motion by Bill and second by Adam.
Agenda items for the next meeting shall include discussion of bidding for road work.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for June 21st at 7:00 p.m.
Adam moved and Bill seconded for adjournment and the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.

Minutes of Special Town Board Meeting of June 6, 2018
A special board meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. on 06/06/2018 for the sole purpose of opening bids for mowing of roadsides. Following the Pledge of Allegiance and statement of compliance with the Open Meeting Law the Chairman opened the two bids. John Thome bid the work at a flat rate of $90 per hour. GSF Enterprises bid it at $4875 per mowing a width of 15 ft. where possible. Following discussion, Adam moved and Bill seconded to award the contract to GSF Enterprises. Motion carried. Bill moved and Adam seconded to adjourn and the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.

Minutes of Board of Review
Town of New Haven, Adams County, Wisconsin
Board of Review for the Town of New Haven was convened at 7:00 p.m. on June 6, 2018 at the Town Hall.
In attendance were Assessor Claude Riglemon, Town Chairman Tory Wolfram, Supervisor Bill Ebert, Supervisor Adam Watson, and Town Clerk Kenneth Crothers.
Adam moved and Tory seconded to elect Bill Ebert as Chairman of the Board of Review.
Any questions concerning values of property had been satisfactorily answered at Open Book and no one appeared before the Board of Review.
At 9:00 p.m. Ken Crothers moved to adjourn the Board of Review. Adam seconded and Bill declared the Board of Review adjourned.
