Minutes of July 15, 2021 Meeting of the New Haven Town Board
The July, 2021 meeting of the New Haven Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by
Chairman Tory Wolfram.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the Clerk noted that notice of the meeting had been
posted in three locations, posted on the Town website, and sent electronically to those who
have requested such form of notice.
Minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved with a motion by Supervisor
Bill Ebert and second by Tory. Minutes of the Special meeting were read and approved in the
same manner.
Treasurer Conny Crothers presented the monthly Treasurer’s report which was then approved
with a motion by Bill and second by Tory.
Golden Avenue reconstruction is now complete and pulverizing of portions of 4th will soon
commence.
Brad Seiler was in attendance requesting Town approval for rezoning a 39.18 acre parcel in the
NW 1⁄4 of the SW1/4 of Section 11 from A1-35 to A1-15. The Town Plan Commission had
reviewed and unanimously approved of the rezone request as well as a parcel split in order that
a portion of the property may be sold. Bill moved and Tory seconded to approve the rezone
request. Motion carried. Supervisor Adam Watson was not in attendance but had previously
indicated his support for approval of the request in a phone conversation with the Clerk.
Bill reported that patching was progressing nicely.
Bills for the month as presented by the Clerk were approved for payment with a motion by Bill
and second by Tory.
The next regular meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th of August.
Bill moved and Tory seconded for adjournment. Motion carried and the meeting was declared
adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
