Minutes of Special Board Meeting
July 30, 2015
A special meeting of the New Haven Town Board was convened at 12:00 p.m. on July 30, 2015 at the
New Haven Town Hall as published in the Adams County Times. The sole purpose of the meeting was to
open and act upon bids for chip sealing of 3rd Lane from the intersection with County P northwest to the
intersection with Gale Drive.
Attending were Tory Wolfram, Adam Watson, and Ken Crothers.
The only bid received was from Scott Construction in the amount of $19,286.00. Adam moved and
Tory seconded to accept the bid. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
